Established in 2002, Jiaxing XC Washer Co.,Limited is a family-owned, has manufactured standard flat washers and metal stampings in CHINA. We are specializing in DIN, IFI, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, ISO, JIS, NFE, BS, AS, GB standard and non-standard of washers, including low carbon steel flat round washers, through hardened washers, stainless steel washers and special washers, such as round washers, square washers, beveled washers, dock washers, penny washers, repair washer, cup washers, belleville washers, finishing washers, wave washers, tab washers, lock washers, gaskets, spacers, discs, shims, bushings and custom washers etc.

Our company covering an area of 6500 square meters, including the workshop area of 3500 square meters and located in Xitang Industrial Zone, Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province. It is about 100 kilometers away from Shanghai and Hangzhou which makes delivery timely, mainly exports to overseas markets by Shanghai Port, such as the United States, Canada, Japan, the Russian Federation, Germany, The United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Poland, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong etc.

History of XC Washer & Stamping

  • Since 2002, Jiashan Shenlong Metal Products Factory has been established, specializing in manufacturing round and metal flat washers and metal stampings.

  • In 2013, Our factory renamed Jiashan Xiaochun Metal Products Factory. We expanded our scale and developed the production line of stainless steel flat washers and special washers, such as brass washers, copper washers and aluminum washers, etc.

  • In 2018, Jiaxing XC Washer Co.,Limited was established. We acquired the right of import and export and exported our products overseas by ourselves.

    In fasteners and machine parts field, we have many brother factories which manufacture bolts, nuts, screws and thread rods to meet customers different requirements.
